At Friends of Paws Foundation (FoPF), we deeply appreciate your generosity and support in helping animals in need. As a non-profit organization, all donations are non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated to our rescue, rehabilitation, and welfare programs.

However, if a donation was made in error, you may request a refund by contacting us within 5 working days for review and consideration.

Refund Process:

• A valid donation receipt must be provided for verification.
• Refunds will be issued only to the original account from which the donation was received.
